OCALA PRIDE FEST 2009

Welcome to the official Ocala Pride Fest website. Our goal is to instill pride, celebrate unity and embrace diversity in North Central Florida’s Gay, Lesbian, Bi-Sexual, Transgender and HIV/AIDS Community. We strive to improve the lives of LGBT Floridians’ by creating visibility and promoting full human and civil rights through education, networking and celebrations that advocate equality.

All profits from the festival will be dedicated to the Resource Hotline, Ocala Pride Fest 2010 and creating a gay community center.

We spent two wonderful days at the Ocala Holiday Inn with all our neighbors and friends. Together we will enjoyed over 13 hours of live entertainment as well as workshops, the Artist Showcase, seminars, the Family Fun Zone and many exhibitors.

On Sunday, October 4th there was a commitment ceremony for any and all couples who affirmed their love and adoration to each other even though they are not yet able to lawfully wed.
